Cancellations are always free of charge.
If you found a lower rate in our booking system for your room after you have already booked it, you can print out the lower quote and we will give you the lower rate and a 5 € discount. Therefore do not cancel your old booking in order to receive the discount.
All bookings made on this website must be paid in cash upon arrival. We do not accept credit or debit card payments - doing so would result in higher rates or extra credit card charges. The total must always be paid in advance except for late check-in guests - who can pay the next morning.
Guests who are checking-in late are paying the total the next morning as arranged with staff. If you fail to pay the next morning and we cannot contact you we will charge your credit/debit card with the total. To cover the cost of the credit card terminal we charge a 20 € credit card fee.
Baden-baden's unjustified city tax is not included in our rates as it is not mandatory for all our guests. If you came to Baden-Baden for business reasons you do not have to pay visitors tax. We do not need a certificate of employment. All other guests must pay the highly unjustified rate of 2,80 € per person per day. The tax is paid to us and we will give the money to the city's administration - together with a complicated form that you will have to fill out. Sunshine Accommodation distances itself from this unjustified tax.
Being in many reservation systems, overbooking does occur sometimes. Any guest who can not stay at our place because we are overbooked will automatically be booked in another nearby hotel for the number of nights we can not accommodate him. We will pay the taxi bill from our house to the new hotel. Guests are rebooked in same or higher classified hotels. Booksunshine.com / Sunshine Accommodation will cover the cost of the new hotel after the booksunshine.com rate has been paid by the guest.
Keys can be left in the room at your departure or in the post box.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the units. If you do still like to smoke we will charge your credit or debit card with a 200 € fine which will be used to cover the loss that a smelling room produces. Rooms that smell cannot be sold again immediately and must be cleaned with special chemicals.
