You can only book online, you cannot book by phone or request.
The booking system operator charges 1 € for every booking.
We refund you 1 € on arrival.
Our lowest room rates are for our guests who are staying at off-peak times. This is Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Sunday night. Our lowest room rates do sometimes require an advance purchase of up to 28 days. Our lowest rates are available for Web Bookings only.

We charge 1 € for every Web Booking from your credit or debit card. The outstanding amount (Total) will be charged in Cash upon arrival. Sunshine Accommodation & Hostel does not accept card payments or cheques.

If you need a detailed invoice please call our reservation hotline. Invoices are sent by e-mail only. Sunshine Accommodation will not send invoices by post or fax.
Before you call, please insure you have the following information within reach:
1.Booking reference number
2.Name of the person or company name in booking
3.E-mail address or fax number for your invoice.
Breakfast is not included in the rates. We believe it is unfair to charge you for breakfast, even if you are not using it.
We do not accept debit or credit card payments. We are running a strict cash-only business. If we would offer the possibility to pay by credit card we would have to pass these surcharges to our customers which would result in higher rates.
A maximum of 7 people can stay in one especially designated penthouse apartement in our main house. All other apartements are for 2-4 people only.
Sunshine Accommodation does not offer extra service to its guests. When you are staying several days we do not enter your room and clean it. We do not provide breakfast for free. Everything is done online & paper-free. Our cleaners for example receive their tasks automatically via mail every morning. We don't spend money on advertising, expect cheap flyers and posters. We are trying to sell our rooms on our own page to cut out commission. We don't have a reception because we don't need one. You call in advance and you get your room. We're almost all the time fully booked because we don't have fixed rates. If there is low demand we offer our beds cheaper to stimulate demand & bookings.
All our Hostel and Economy room guests are staying at the main house. If you booked a holiday-home you may be staying at our Spa-town location. For apartement guests we recommend to call our hotline 2-hours in advance. Hotline
As we have no reception in the city you must call us 40 minutes before your expected arrival. A member of our staff will then meet you in front of the building. The hotline number is Hotline.
You can enter your room at 2pm (14:00h). If you are arriving in Baden-Baden earlier you may leave your luggage in our house. It is not possible to enter your room before 2pm.
It is not possible to choose a room. Most of the time there will only be one or two units left when you are arriving.
We have parking available at our main house - those spaces are available for 7 € / day. Please make a reservation in advance. There are a few free parking spots in Baden-Baden.
Our house is open 24h / 7 days a week. You can get into your room at any time.
You may wash your clothes for 5 €. We have large professional washing machines, washing takes 30 minutes + 30 minutes drying. Washing is only possible if a member of staff is at the house, guests have no access to our laundry.
You can rent a bike in the undergrond car park of the casino. You should call in advance to reserve one. +49 7221 277203
We now have our HotSpot system installed at our Adlerstr. 5 location. All guests staying in the Hostel, our Economy Rooms will have Wireless
Internet available. If you have no computer with you, you can use
Internetcafe Medialounge in Kreuzstrasse 3 30 minutes for free. (Show your booking reference)
You can either leave your key in the room or put it in the special white key box at the exit/main door.
We ask our apartement / holiday-home guests to leave the kitchen in an easy to clean status. Wish your cups/dishes if you used them and take all your food out of the fridge. Our hostel guests are asked to put their linen/blankets in the basket.
